[Users] Viewing of HTML mails in 3.15.1 or 3.16.0

Hi All-

I know I'm late to the party regarding HTML mails in claws, but wanted
to find out the best current options for doing so.

I know that the fancy plugin has been removed due to Webkit issues.  Is
dillo still an option?  I don't see it in my 3.15.1 build on opensuse
Tumbleweed and also installed 3.16.0 from a different repo.  No plugins
seem available for these to do the trick.

Will compiling from source do the trick?  I had done this many years
ago, but have recently gotten back to my linux machine and claws again
recently and would love to have this working.
