I would love to completely forget about akonadi, but after checking just one
folder, unfortunately need to get into that db, or at the least synchronise
things.
I checked one folder in KMail and it shows 49 messages. Counted them, and got
49. Then had a look at the file system and there are only 43 messages. So if I
simply use the file structure, there is the risk of loosing messages. :(
