If you right click the tray icon, the context window will appear for the
notification exe. Now assume you decide not to take any actions in the context
menu and instead want to dismiss it. The normal behavior is to left mouse click
outside the bounds of a context menu for a tray icon to dismiss the menu. The
notification plugin icon context menu does not dismiss. You must select an item
from the list for it to dismiss.
