[Users] Claws save clear drafts even when GPG cipher is activated

Hi,

I experienced that Claws save drafts even with GPG ciphering
activated, and drafts are saved in clear.

This is annoying, because this mean I potentially send to third party
some datas about which I explicitly wanted to be confidential.

Does Claws should a priori save ciphered draft? May be should it be an
opt-in option?
