Since you do not provide many useful details about what exactly is
wrong, it is difficult to try to help you. The 32-bit version works
with GPG just fine, as confirmed by several people.

By looking at the "X-Mailer" header in your e-mail, I can see that it
was written using the 64-bit version. So did you really install the
32-bit version, or did you switch back to 64-bit for some reason?

Also, do you have Gpg4win installed? Claws Mail installation itself does
not include the GPG programs and libraries, it merely uses them if it
finds them. Gpg4win is available at <https://www.gpg4win.org>.
