[Users] How to set print margins

Dear all,

Can someone tell me how to set the page margins for printing?  I see no
margin settings in the dialogs for File->Page Setup… and File->Print.
I also didn't see anything relevant in any of the
Configuration->Preferences… dialog, though maybe I overlooked something.

If it makes any difference, I have no physical printers; I'm just
"printing" to PDF.
