Hm, this is caused by me mistakenly thinking that the fix for issue
<https://bugs.gnupg.org/gnupg/issue2814> was included in the GPGME version
bundled in this release. Sorry about that, I will prepare a new release
(3.14.1-2) tomorrow, with this fixed.

In the meantime, GPG should work in the 32-bit version.
