Claws Mail is a GTK+ based, user-friendly, lightweight, and fast
email client.

Changes specific to Windows are:

* Starting this version, default build is for 64-bit Windows. As a
  fallback, build for 32-bit Windows is also offered for download.
* SSL/TLS support for RSSyl and VCalendar plugins now use Windows
  CA certificate store to verify server certificates.
* Using absolute path for MH mailboxes is now supported.
* Several bugfixes and improvements to file selection dialogs.
* Several bugfixes to VCalendar plugin, especially regarding time
  and date handling.
* Fixed a crash when doing a LDAP addressbook search.
* Some supporting libraries have been updated to more recent
  versions:
  o libgpg-error from 1.20 to 1.24
  o libgcrypt from 1.6.4 to 1.7.3
  o libassuan from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3
  o gpgme from 1.6.0 to 1.7.0
  o curl from 7.49.1 to 7.50.3
  o gtk+ from 2.24.30 to 2.24.31
