[Users] Claws-mail for windows crashes in vCalendar loading ICS calendar

Just tried to use vCalendar in claws-mail 3.14.0-1 for windows and it
crashes when loading an ICS google calendar (I filed a bug). Seems like
this was an issue in 3.9 as well.

Anyway, does anybody have a link where I could download 3.11 binaries
for windows?
