[Users] Automatic "Processing" of emails + export/import of rules

I assume you're referring to the Linux address

I'm on Windows 7, and the matcherrc file is located at
../AppData/Roaming/Claws-mail/

There are two others in that folder: matcherrc.bak and
matcherrc.pre_names
Safe to ignore both?

I'll do a backup of everything first. Thanks for the helpful
instructions.
