There is no problem with your folderlist.xml. I was able to use it without any
unexpected behaviour and without being prompted to "rebuild folder tree".

Let's try looking at the debug output to gather more clues.

Start claws-mail with "claws-mail --debug > claws.debug".

Once you have been prompted to rebuild your folder tree, rebuild it, and quit.

And then send me the claws.debug file.
