[Users] Reply Bug.

I'm seeing a strange bug where replies to messages don't
actually get sent. They don't even show in the Queue for a
second before being sent like regular messages do.  This is with
an ISP IMAP Account.  

This is on Fedora 23 Claws-Mail 3.13.2
