I somewhere read, I think here on the list, that claws is following a
dogma of not altering mails on the server - except for some flags maybe.

Is that so?

That would kill this feature.

That was exactly the idea I had/dreamed of. Are there any news
concerning this development? Who was the developer?

Is such a plugin likely to be accepted for inclusion?

Who was the original person proposing to write this plugin?
