[Users] Simple GTK+ 3 Theme (was: Controlling received attachments)

Gentlemen,

First of all, eventually, GTK+ 3 would be widely used.

Second, my machines, except for a 32-bit notebook with
a very weak graphics card, can handle complex graphics.

I do not like the contrived 3D buttons and backgrounds,
nor do I like the flat styles offered in recent years
by the dominant proprietary or java platforms.

I love the flat and retro (JUST SIMPLE) style.
Theme Redmond is not a theme I like, unless is flat.

P.S.
I use Fluxbox on my 32-bit notebook.
