[Users] reply to list doesn't work for me

On my toolbar, I have:
* Reply
* List
* All
* Sender

Which is the default (I think). I have not added new buttons to the
"general" toolbar.

And if it's a mailing list like this, I just want to reply to the
list and not to all the people that were cc'ed or even the sender.
