Yes, I have gpg functioning from the command line. I can list keys,
export keys, and encrypt a text file (both ascii and non-ascii)

I have pinetry-gtk2, pinetry-tty, pinetry-curses, and pinetry-gnome3

As for the gpupg-agent, I believe so
