[Users] Encrypted mail received as "encrypted.asc" and not decoded

I am sorry, i have no idea. But i see original message with the
encrypted icon and with warning, that it cannot be decrypted, because
"no data" (raw translated).

While i understand, that it can be by the cited message in message body,
but i want to ask, if that is proper way - to find encrypted part in
message body and mark message as encrypted.
