[Users] Strange characters displayed in email

I receive emails from time to time that display this character "Â" sans
quotation marks. When the exact same email is opened in MS Outlook, it
displays and prints fine.

I cannot figure out why claws-mail is displaying and printing a "Â"
character. I am willing to forward one such email to the developers,
but I do not want to have it displayed here. There is some information
in the document that I would rather not become public knowledge.

I would appreciate any assistance available.
