I'm not entirely sure this is the correct backtrace. You mentioned that you get
a segmentation fault (SIGSEGV), while the backtrace is captured after a
SIGPIPE. Try entering a "cont" command, so that the execution continues, to see
if you can get to a SIGSEGV.

Based on this backtrace, the SIGPIPE happens somewhere deep inside OpenSSL,
called via libetpan library.
