[Users] [PATCH] Summaryview option: Move when item marked read

Add a toggle option to Summaries for moving when marking an item read

Useful if you only use a keyboard for navigation (Shift + R mapped to
Mark > Read), automatically move to the next item in the list
(respecting sort direction, ascending or descending)
