Where do I find those?  All I see are:

$ grep timeout clawsrc
io_timeout_secs=15
hover_timeout=500
store_passphrase_timeout=0
popup_timeout=5000
command_timeout=60000
trayicon_popup_timeout=5000
timeout=30

which should all still be defaults.
