[Users] [Bug 3673] Be more friendly instead of "configure: error: 'encrypt'-function not found."

Hi there!

I'm the maintainer for the MacPorts Claws port. I tried upgrading the
port today from 3.14.0 to 3.14.1 and this bit me. Any ideas what is
going wrong here, and how I might fix it?
