[Users] unable to change keyboard shortcut and limited message download

Ouch... seriously? let me rephrase that, in my point of view as
regulare user, doesn´t it means that:

YES remove messages on server when received

YES = check box selected.
Then it means will remove the message on server.

DON´T remove message on server when received

DON´T = check box unselected.
Then it means it will not remove the message on server.

is that correct? if so, then I have the opposite result.
My checkbox is unselected, but it remove all message on server.

and a view hours later...
after the checkbox selected with 360 days period removal, and then
deselect the checkbox, now it behave as expected.
weird.
