[Users] unable to change keyboard shortcut and limited message download

Well, to satisfy my curiosity, I did a clean install Linux Mint 18
today. And also clean install claws-mail (also removing .claws-mail
folder, but still use existing Mail folder).

The customisable keyboard shortcuts work perfectly. But other problem I
haven´t mention it before is about ¨remove message on server when
received¨.

To keep my messages on the server when I popped the message, I
already have unchecked the option. But the result is all my email
removed from the server :(
Please re-test on your side.
This was happend on ubuntu and mint.

To prevent the message from deleted, now I checked the option and set
remove after 360 days. :D
