Yes my account is IMAP too.  For me it happens each time I start
Claws.  I don't see it again after that.  Manual filtering works for me
too, except that SPAM gets marked as read when it gets moved to my spam
folder even though I have unchecked the 'mark spam as read' in the
bsfilter preferences.
