[Users] Next on delete?

With 3.14.0, when I delete a message, Claws moves to the preceding message
instead of the next. I'm quite sure this was different with 3.13.x.

Is this related to (from the release notes):

  * Preferences: The 'next_on_delete' hidden preference now applies to
    trashing or moving, in addition to deleting, a message.

My next_on_delete is set to 0, I didn't change it recently.
