[Users] sometimes claws forget the read-status of messages

Unfortunately, you snipped a little too much, the "processing
notify" line comes after all the dotfiles in the folders are read. :)

Look for a line that looks like:

  folderview.c:2143:Opening folder notify...

That's where the folder opening process starts.
