Your are right and I agree.

The point is that my claws-instance see config-data of rssyl and should
know that it is not installed. In that case it shouldn't wastetime with
that.

I wasn't able to find rssyl data somewhere in the config-files.
(.claws-mail/accountrc clawsrc). Where is it?

I didn't understand that sentence. Sorry.

The description sounds for me like a "Dock".
The question is again why does claws look for it. I see no need for it.
