[Users] sometimes claws forget the read-status of messages

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this setting.
I see that it is set to "safer" on my current setup (which I assume is
the default, as I don't recall ever changing it, on either setup), but I
can't go back and check on the old setup. I'll confirm at some point if
killing the claws process causes read messages to be marked as unread
again.
