[Users] Notification Pluggin not working ?

I am a disabled person using claws mail with pluggin
  *Notification*
by Holger Berndt & the Claws Mail Team      I can not get the Pop Up to
work it will not pop up when new mail comes in dose it work the pop up  is
their a fix please get back to me
