This theme took "LGPL or CC-something" licensed icons (Oxygen) and *relicensed*
the derived work as GPL.

I've been unable to find where the original author gives permission to this
relicensing, and AFAIK derived works should have been either LGPL or the
CC-something, so this is not clear to me to be free software.
