[Users] Unicode problem.

Sometimes I get mail encoded with unicode but the three Danish letters
æ, ø and å are garbled. They show up nicely when displayed on a windows
based mailer.

In the man page for claws-mail is stated that unicode is supported
"(when using libjconv)". However, libjconv is not on my system, fedora
23, and I can't find it. 

Can someone please tell me where and how I can get libjconv install on
F23?
