[Users] How to sort folder list case insensitively?

Hi all,

I just switched to Void Linux, so that now I have Claws 3.12.0 instead
of the much earlier version from Debian Wheezy. Everything's wonderful,
except all the folders starting with uppercase letters sort above all
the folders starting with lowercase letters, and my personal preference
is that they sort case insensitively.

How do I get my folders to sort case insensitively?
