Upon uninstalling 3.13.0-1 on Windows Vista 32-bit, the Claws Mail desktop shortcut was not removed during the uninstall process, nor would it delete from the desktop. Then upon installing 3.13.0-2, the Claws Mail desktop shortcut blinked once during the install process, but the shortcut otherwise works.
