[Users] Claws Mail 3.13.0 for Windows unleashed!!

Looks like this has some issues:

* The installer is missing some text. I do see checkboxes, but no text. See
  attached image for example...

* This installs to a new path, which is ok. The old installation is not
  removed, though... I was wondering which my CM told me it is still version
  3.12.0 - but it was the old installation.
  Or did I miss any details on installation caused by the missing text?
