AFAIK, you can use a template to insert signature at desired cursor
position.
1. Set template.
2. Compose new message.
3. Assign shortcut for the template to make it easier.
4. Put cursor at any position.
5. click Tools - Template - Your sig template (or press the shortcut).
6. Then click Insert.
