[Users] Crashes in sgpgme_sigstat_info_short at sgpgme.c:229

Hello everyone!

There are various reports about Claws Mail 3.12.0 crashing in
sgpgme_sigstat_info_short at sgpgme.c:229 (src/plugins/pgpgcore)
upon trying to display a signed message.

Anything known about that and how to reproduce it?

There has been a patch, which has been reverted after release of
3.13.0:

Is 3.13.0 still supposed to fix it?
Or are there multiple crashes leading to the same line?
