Sadly, TLDs are now being added a quite a clip, so it may be
necessary to automatically load the list at intervals from:
https://data.iana.org/TLD/tlds-alpha-by-domain.txt

Note also that the list is now so large that one might question
whether or not it is a useful means to distinguish URLs from ordinary
text at all. :(
