Email test case

This test case is a bit clearer.  It should display as:

aaa, bbb ccc ddd
eee, fff ggg hhh
iii, jjj kkk lll
mmm, nnn ooo ppp

Where ccc, kkk and ooo have no URL, and ggg has a URL of "glink".

Current Git does not display ccc, and incorrectly shows kkk and ooo with URLs
of "glink".
