[Users] Disappearing sent mail

Oh nooo.... it's still not working.

The only way I can  get a sent email to appear in the Sent folder is to
individually click on the Others tab in the Compose window and tick the
box next to where I want it to be kept. Surely one shouldn't have to do
this for every individual email?
