[Users] RSSyl does not work at all

Hello, everybody!

My soft is: Windows 8.1, CM 3.10.1, RSSyl 3.10.1 (installer includes).

I create a mailbox for RSS-feeds. Then I add rss-feed like
"https://news.yandex.ru/index.rss", right-click on
feed-folder and select "Refresh" ("Обновить" in russian version). And
nothing happens. Only one string appears in the Journal "[12:31:02]
RSSyl: Обновляется поток https://news.yandex.ru/index.rss" (in english
like "refreshing feed"). I try a few feeds, but the results are the
same.

What should I do to fix that problem? Thanks a lot!
