[Users] Re-indexing a Mailbox

I recently had to do a complete upgrade of my operating system and
rsync'ed my Claws Mail mailboxes to a spare HDD and then brought them
back to the new installation the same way.  Somewhere in all of that,
the logfiles got munged and, although the files within the mailbox
folder (identified with four digit numbers) go up to the present date, I
can only view mail that has arrived since I re-started Claws Mil
this morning, and saved messages saved 2009~2013.

I seem to recall there is a way to re-index mailbox folders to rebuild
the logfiles (indexes?) and be able to once again view my saved mails.  

Saw nothing in the help files and was hoping someone here knows the
drill.
