I suspect that this is all you need to change, but I might be mistaken:

grep password ~/.claws-mail/accountrc

You could try only to change one password using ClawS' "Edit
acconts..." and then use an editor's replace option to replace the
other passwords in ~/.claws-mail/accountrc.
