[Users] Automatic Folder Detection

I am intending to configure my mail server to automatically create IMAP
folders and would like to be able to run the "Check for new folders" for
users on startup or by command.

Update all local folders with check for new mail on startup on the mail
handling -> receiving tab doesn't seem to show new folders.

Is there a way to show new folders aside from the right-click method
yet?
