[Users] Microsoft mail accounts frequently download duplicate messages

Probably not a Claws problem?  I have a total of 6 POP accounts set up
in Claws 3.11.1, two of which are MS (hotmail.com and outlook.com).  I
frequently get duplicate messages only in the two MS accounts and so I
use the Tools->Delete Duplicated Messages feature to "clean up" about
once a week.  Is this a known issue with MS mail accounts or do I have
something mis-configured?
