[Users] Extended search recall should start at newest

Hi all,

I'm using Claws-Mail 3.10.1 and am assuming all Claws versions work the
same way as mine, for this particular functionality.

On the extended search facility, when you click the little
down-pointing triangle to get a list of previous searches, the
highlight is at the oldest search, so that you need to scroll up to the
top every time, and this scroll has no scrollbar, only one of those
notoriously slow "hover on top" scrolls.

I'd say in 90% of all use cases, a person wanting to repeat a search
wants to repeat a search from four hours ago, not four months ago.
Therefore, the list of former searches should open with the highlight
on the latest search, not the oldest.
