In this case, Todd was the originator of the thread about enhancement
requests, after Paul's response he changed the title of his existing
thread.

Not to contentious I see.

I wonder if what Todd wants can be done using the python plugin and
starting it as an action, pretty sure an action can be kicked off from
a filter rule.
