First - PLEASE DO NOT HIJACK AN EXISTING THREAD!
Just changing the subject of an existing message DOES NOT create a new thread.
Please use Compose to create a new thread.  If you want further information
about this you may ask in a separate new thread.

Second - I believe you could do that through a processing rule instead of a
filter.
