This preserves the thread. However, I have to manually insert the recipient
again and there is a (for this purpose) strange header "Jan Viktorin 
<viktorin at XXXXX.com> (by way of Jan Viktorin <viktorin at XXXXX.com>)" I must edit
each e-mail manually. For 1-3 e-mails good, but not for 10+ ;).
