When I import mbox e-mails (generated by git format-patch) into the Draft
folder I see the thread as expected. If I do Send Later on all the messages (I
am forced to do it individually per e-mail because I did not find any other
way) the messages are moved into the Queue folder. However, the Message-ID is
different now and so the thread is broken and the e-mails do not follow as
expected.

I guess that by clicking on "Send", it will do the same. How can I send such
prepared pack of e-mails exactly as they were generated (unchanged)?
